Obama’s Arab spring blossomed into a glorious sweet smelling nirvana cesspool.   Egypt shed itself of Mubarak and gave itself over to Islam and the fruit of blossoms: Coptic Christian being killed, Jews being jailed and war being threatened with Israel.  Tunis, the initial bud of this Arab spring was reported to flower into a model of capitalism and Jeffersonian liberty.   The fruit is the oppression of sharia law.  The warmth of this spring broke out as a war in Libya.   Obama, NATO and the US press said Libya would go from a terrorist state into a bastion of freedom and security, that is, as–soon-as those nasty anti-aircraft missiles can be found.    Now the warmth of the Arab spring has gone skipping and tripping into Syria, Jordan, Gaza, Yemen and Saudi Arabia and many other countries where freedom loving idealistic Islamic terrorist live.   Ten of thousand have died and many more must before the great “Pure” Islamic kingdom comes to full fruit.   The perfection of the final solution has not been realized, the slaughter of both Christians and Jews will continue until the goal is reached.    When all the Islamic states melt together into one pure great Islamic nation the world will be close to perfect.  Christians and Jews will have been totally wiped-out, converted or subjected, the Islamic kingdom, will be here for all to smell.  Oppression and tyranny will be common. Yes, Obama’s Arab spring will have come to full fruit – right before your eyes noses.   Now that Kaddafi is dead and al Qaeda’s flag flies over the city hall in Benghazi.    Hillary Clinton, the United States Secretary of State, is making a victory tour of Libya.  (You can’t make this up.) Can you imagine what this administration will do when the Muslim Caliphate comes to power over the kingdom of Islam?   Why, nirvana and victory would be proclaimed in the halls of government through out Washington and you will be Islamic, dead or subjected.  Glorious days will be proclaimed and death to those who do not celebrate the oppression.   But, there is always the possibility that you may wake-up and choose to stand for your God given liberty and freedom.  You may even choose Yehovah over the god of Islam.  Imagine!  Yes, imagine, for you have the God given choice as to what Kingdom you may enter:  the Kingdom of God or the kingdom of darkness.  You do not have to exercise your choice but that just mean you will stay where the enemy (Islam) places you.    Yehovah suggests you choose life (Deuteronomy 30:19).  So do I.

Obama decided last week that it was in the security interest of the United States to send troops to central Africa to fight against a rebel group called the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA).   The press is now reporting that this “Christian” fringe group of about 10 to 15 hundred operating from Southern Sudan,   is going around raping, killing and slave trading, and their nefarious activity has suddenly become a threat to the United States security.    I had not heard of the LRA until last week.   But, I have heard of Omar Hassan al-Bashr, he is the convicted international criminal  who has murdered hundreds of thousands of Christians in southern Sudan.   Is it not curious,  that it is not in the United States’ interest to send troops to overthrow Omar Hassan Al-Bashr?

Then there’s the Muslim Brotherhood, the sponsor of Hamas and other infamous Muslim terrorist groups.  They are poised to take over Egypt in November.  The Egyptian army killed scores of Coptic Christians Last week in apparent attempt to please the Muslim Brotherhood.  They killed a few Christians by running them over with US made tanks.  This  should have made the front page of the NY Times, but it did not.   The US media reported very little on the event.  The United States not only did not see fit to condemn the act but is continuing aid to Egypt.   Is it not curious how the 1500 strong LRA looms as a bigger threat than the millions in Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood?

The Obama administration must have heard of the al-Shabaab, a Muslim terrorist group tied to al-Qaeda.  They have been sponsoring raids on shipping, including US shipping, along the horn of Africa.  This week the al-Shabaab have kidnapped  aid workers from refugee camps in Kenya  who were helping the Somali famine victims.  They were in Kenya to escape the al-Shabaab.   What a curiosity that the LRA is considered more of a threat to the United States than the al-Shabaab.

Then there is the Hezbollah, an Iranian linked Muslim group who are mustering forces in Mexico, joining with drug cartels to attack US interests in the United States.    This is the same group that attacked US Marines in Lebanon in the early 1980’s, killing scores of US Marines.  Last week the Obama administration, in what appears to be a “wag the dog” moment, revealed the plot where Iranian agents were going to attack interests in the United States.   This was just about the time he announced  the sending of troops to central Africa to counter the LRA.  I suspect that the announcement about the action of the Iranian agents from Mexico was a political necessity given the heat the administration was getting on “Fast and Furious.”  The action seemed to work for the US press dutifully amplified attorney General Holder’s announcement on this account over the scandal of “Fast and Furious.” Curious, how the LRA in central Africa is more of a threat than the Hezbollah mustering on the United States border.

One more thing, the LRA has other enemies.  They are the Muslim terrorist groups mentioned above.   Curious, is it not?   How different would the actions of Barack Hussein Obama be if he were a Muslim, allied with our terrorist enemies?   How different would his actions be if Barack Hussein Obama were a traitor trying to undermine the security of the United States?   Curious.

How she sits alone, the city once crowded with people! She who was great among the nations has become like a widow. The princess among the provinces has been put to forced labor. She weeps aloud during the night, with tears on her cheeks. There is no one to offer her comfort, not one from all her lovers. All her friends have betrayed her; they have become her enemies. Judah has gone into exile following affliction and harsh slavery; she lives among the nations but finds no place to rest. All her pursuers have overtaken her in narrow places. The roads to Zion mourn, for no one comes to the appointed festivals. All her gates are deserted; her priests groan, her young women grieve, and she herself is bitter. Her adversaries have become her masters; her enemies are at ease, for the LORD has made her suffer because of her many transgressions. Her children have gone away as captives before the adversary.  (Lamentations 1:1-5)

Following the book of Jeremiah is Lamentations in which Jeremiah tells the grieving story of Jerusalem’s demise. The LXX have the following words as an introduction: “And it came to pass after Israel had been carried captive, and Jerusalem was become desolate, that Jeremiah sat weeping, and lamented with this lamentation over Jerusalem.”   (LXX is the abbreviation for Septuagint which an Old Testament manuscript written in Greek.) Jeremiah had warned Jerusalem from God of the coming destruction even when the people had refused to listen. Yet he didn’t gloat over being right but wept bitterly when it happened even as Jesus wept over that same city’s destruction due to Israel not receiving Him.

The reason that God lifted His ever protective hand and allowed the destruction of His beloved city is in the 5^th verse above, the LORD has made her suffer because of her many transgressions. This coming Sunday we remember 9/11, the terrible events that happened on September 11, 2001 when the twin towers in New York and the Pentagon were attacked by hijacked aircraft manned by Muslim terrorists and thousands of people were murdered by followers of an evil god. Our heavenly Father allowed this to happen perhaps for the same reason that Jerusalem was allowed to be conquered, because of the sins of our nation.

Ann Graham Lotz, when asked where was God, she said that He was a gentleman and wouldn’t go where He wasn’t wanted as prayer in schools had been forbidden and in many other ways, He wasn’t desired. A friend of mine, a retired captain from the NY police department who was on duty on 9/11 and watched the towers collapse, said that God was there when the towers collapsed straight down instead of tipping because had the latter happened perhaps millions would have died instead of thousands.

But at the remembrance on Sunday, the mayor of NY is not allowing any prayer or clergy or first responders, unless he changes because of a massive appeal, to be presented him on Thursday. There are still many attempts by many of our nation’s leaders to keep our heavenly Father and our Savior, Jesus Christ out of public life. This is especially true as they are bowing to evil Islam who has gained so much clout due to our leaders in high places. Since January there have been 77 disasters and FEMA hasn’t any money to help the suffering as the nation is broke. What more will happen with what is scheduled to happen even this month? Pray, prepare for disaster and be sure you are right with the Father. Let the latter be first, but be ready.

The UN is being staged for a vote to effectively by-pass Israel in the forming of a Palestinian state.   The UN resolution will form a UN state by fiat, declaring Judah and Samira and Gaza the Palestinian state.  The ultimate plan includes unilaterally splitting Jerusalem, Israel’s capital in two.   One half of this city would then become the capital of the Palestinian state.    There are about 140 nations on board for the upcoming vote at the UN.   The whole event seems to be a fulfillment of the scripture, “He will lift up a banner to the nations from afar, and will whistle to them from the ends of the earth;  Surely they shall come with speed, swiftly.”   Isaiah 5:26 NKJV.  It is incredible to me that the nations of the world would choose to pick a fight with Yehovah.   But, this is just what they seem ready to do.    The United States for its part is expected to veto the resolution in the event it comes to the Security Council.   But, the Obama administration has been using the upcoming veto to twist Israel’s arm into capitulation on many diplomatic issues.  The most recent was an attempt to extract an apology from Israel to Turkey concerning the infamous flotilla that came from Turkey which saw the loss of life.  The truth is Israel was being ask to apologize for defending itself.   There is no doubt that the President of the United States would love to vote yes on this resolution but it is politically not expedient.  On the other hand, the banner that Yehovah is raising in Israel is compelling and the nations are being called by Yehovah Himself.   Don’t be surprised if the United States does NOT veto this resolution.    Come Soon,  Lord Jesus.

When talking about the culmination of the ages and the return of Yeshua, the question is often asked, “ Where in this biblical prophetic declaration is the United States?   After all, if the end of the age is near, do you not think that the United States would be mentioned, even allegorically?”

Yes, I would unless… and I hesitate to consider — the unless.

The last three years I have seen the Unites States brought to the edge of disaster.   Economic, military, social and moral disaster all coming together as a destructive force leading the United States to position of  insignificance on the world scene.  The abandonment of Yehovah and the profaning of His name are actions which are  bringing the United States to this state of insignificance.     Yehovah is Just and His Judgment will not be stayed forever.   The United States has not repented of its abandonment of righteousness, but has fallen into  a deep abyss by evidence of new laws which codify everything from same sex marriage, to abortion and an economic disaster is knocking at our gates as a besieging army.   We as a nation have come to a point in which there is no turning back.  There are only two choices:  enter into His judgment or be destroyed by His judgment.      The United States has reached that point.     This ignition point has caused many  to say, “My God would not do such a thing as judge a nation.  My God is love and judgment is not in Him.”   I say to you: you do not know God.    God has certainly left our schools, courts and market places and He has sent strange people with strange gods into these places where He once was.   Our God does judge His people when they reject Him and profane His name.   Stay tuned for the rest of the story.

Remember being shown three pictures and being asked to select the one that was different.   It was to teach you how to observe.  I believe the power of observation comes naturally.  Place two 14-month-old babies in a play-pen and give one a cookie and give the other nothing.   It is almost guaranteed that the one with nothing will notice.  The chances are all out war will ensue.   The grabbing and pulling will begin first;   then the screaming and yelling; and then the punching and finally all-out play pen war.  It will not stop until the baby that was giving nothing is given a cookie or one of the babies eats the cookie in victory.  It has been my experience that the former is most often the solution.  At least one parent or caretaker adopts a policy of “what I do for one I must do for another.”  It is from this mentality that a Socialist is born.   A socialist cannot stand for one to have more than another.   It is the cause of all the world’s evils for one to have more than another.  They think all things must be fair and equal.  Furthermore, they will proclaim with a self righteous voice “men should only have enough for their needs.”  A socialist cannot bear to see anyone blessed.   Socialism perceives men as babies always needing their oversight.   God is NOT a socialist!   Yehovah, from whom all blessings flow, often gives to one more than another.   He has so much to impart.  He imparts to some power, to others riches and to yet others strength.    He imparts glory to those that give back to Him and that is His way.   His way is hated by the socialist.   Socialism treats men like babies in a play-pen.   Yehovah does not.   He is a just God, a loving God and He treats men as His kinsman.  He rewards those who love Him.   The Glory of God is made manifest in the contrast.  The contrast between light and darkness is made profound when juxtaposed.   Yehovah, my God, has put before each man liberty and that liberty is given so that he may choose between life and death.  The socialist does not want anyone blessed more than another so liberty is not given to men.  It is Yehovah who gives liberty.  It is men with their ideology who endeavor to remove liberty.  Such is the way of governments under the pretense of socialism.

I rejoice for my God is just and gives blessings, and honor and glory to men and I give Him blessings, and honor and glory.   This is the relationship all men should have with Yehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

The downfall of a nations is at hand when the political correct lies generated by its leaders are actually believed by a majority of its people.   One such lie is the infamous statement that, “Islam is a peaceful religion.”   This particular untruth pours out of United States politicians and the complicit press spreads the lie on the airways where it fast becomes a fatal pollutant.

This fact is not lost in this week’s events.    Have you heard that the rioters in Egypt are seeking democracy?    Do you believe it?   Have you heard that Egypt’s current leader, Hosni Mubarak the 30 year ally of the United States, should step down immediately?    Have you noticed that the excited press ran to Egypt to cover the riots thinking they were covering the likes of the Boston Tea Party?  They spread out over Egypt in search of those illusive democrats who wanted to establish justice and a democratic system.    Unfortunately, they found thugs, murderers, kidnappers and the Muslim brotherhood.   Not to be discouraged, the press made every attempt to sanitize and purify the Muslim Brotherhood who spawned the likes of Hamas and Al-Qaida.  Have you heard lately from the press or any of the political pundits that the  Muslim Brotherhood assassinated Anwar Sadat because he entered into a peace treaty with Israel?   I haven’t, but it is true.   I have heard that Barack never-go-to-war-with-Islam Obama is now trying to overtly place the Islamic Brotherhood in power.   The Muslim Brotherhood yearns to go to war with Israel, but what the harm?   The New York Times has a news story dated February 3, 2011 which contains this paragraph:

…The {Obama’s} proposal also calls for the transitional government to invite members from a broad range of opposition groups, including the banned Muslim Brotherhood, to begin work to open up the country’s electoral system in an effort to bring about free and fair elections in September, the officials said.

The press is not mentioning that the President of the United States is rejecting an ally and placing an enemy in power.    Would you expect less from a traitor?

Did you know that the likes of Code Pink and Bill Ayers, both darlings of the current administration, are among the rioters in Egypt?   Did you know that they were part of the infamous flotilla that tried to break the Gaza Blockade?    You may not know that Egypt was also blockading Gaza at the time of the incident.    I can assure you Egypt will no longer side with Israel on any issue.

Did you know that my God, Yehovah, will consume them with the brightness of His coming?  I would suggest a slow insightful read of Second Thessalonians 2.

Many nations of the UN now have in their mind that they will just recognize Palestine as a separate and sovereign power. This would bring forth a new nation on the earth simply by taking it from Israel.  They are drunk with the consumption of oil and laboring under the impression that they can solve the problem of peace in the middle-east.    It seems they are getting weary of the perpetually failed “peace” talks between Israel and the Arabs.   As for the borders of this new country, they will be made out of whole cloth.  They will auto-magically connect Gaza and Judah and Samaria into one homogenous piece of land and while performing this feat of magic Jerusalem would be divided into two cities.  The nations would then wink as the Arabs threw thousands of Israelis out of their homes.   What a plan!  Some of the details of the plan are for the Fatah under Abbas to declare Palestine an independent and sovereign state. The nations of the UN would then vote to recognize the new state on the very same land that they gave to Israel in 1948.   What could go wrong?   What could go wrong, indeed?

Little do the nations know that our God, Yehovah is laughing at their plans and will soon answer them in His wrath.  There is no consideration in the hearts of these nations as to the One they are dealing.   I have a desire to see the culmination of this conflict that is the Prince of Peace established on His Holy mountain.  I pray for the protection and peace of that great city Jerusalem and at the same time I know that the moment is approaching when the Prince of Peace will be established.    The Leader of these nations is satan himself and you are watching with your own eyes the gathering storm.  Consider that these events were chronicled over two-thousand years ago by Hebrew prophets.  Pray that you are hid in the coming days.

The United States Government under the current administration is attacking you and your God given liberty.  They believe that liberty is theirs to give and thus they may steal it to create a multi-cultural utopia.  These tyrants, posing as multi-cultural supporters are attempting to take control of the government of the United States and thus control all aspects of your life.   The United States Government no longer derives its power from the people but from their own miss-guided “righteous(sic)” multi-cultural objectives.  One of the latest examples is a judge in Oklahoma placing a stay on a law passed by a referendum to not consider sharia law in Oklahoma’s courts. This law passed with the consent of 70% of the people. This speaks to the desire of the United States government to go against the people in the name of multi-culturalists.  The same tyranny is going on in California with gay marriage.  The majority of the people would like to go in the direction of righteousness and protect marriage, but because this offends the gays, the people are prohibited from making a law against gay marriage and the government again dictates to the people in the name of the multi-culturalists.

The current government administrators are regulating your speech, your food, your religion, and even the privacy of your own body and their intrusion does not stop here.   In the name of better health care they are controlling what doctor you see and the care you receive.  They want to determine whether you are worth the price of available care, yes, they want to determine whether you should live or die taking not only liberty but life itself.   The United States is no longer the land of the free and the home of the brave; it is rather the land of bondsmen and the home of the intimidated.   When I read that by a ratio of 2-1 the American people would trade exposing themselves to the government for feeling safe in a multi-cultural sociality, I quake! The government has convinced the people that “racial profiling” is so repulsive that they should rather submit themselves to strip searches to insure safety.

Liberty and life are coupled, for without liberty you cannot choose life.  Yahweh once said to His people as they were to embark into the promised land:

See, I [Yahweh] have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil; Deuteronomy 30:15.

Our God set before His people liberty so that they may choose.   Why did He do this?  So His people may demonstrate their love for Him.   This is shown in the very next verse where Moses wrote:

In that I command you this day to love Yahweh your God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that you may live and multiply: and Yahweh your God shall bless you in the land where you go to possess it. Deuteronomy 30:16.

The point is underscored in verse nineteen where it says:

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life that both you and your seed may live: Deuteronomy 30:19.

What is a lover of liberty and life to do?  I submit that we are to stand against any tyrannical government and especially any government that attempts to take your liberty and disallows you to follow the commandments of your God, Yahweh.    The statement that “We all worship the same god” which is promoted by these multi-cultural tyrants is not only a lie; it transgresses the commandments of my God.  No, I do not worship the god of Islam that these multi-cultural tyrants would have me believe.  My God is Yahweh, a loving God who has a Son who died for my reconciliation to Him.   The god of Islam is not a loving god and has no son and no way of reconciliation except death.   The tyrants would have me believe that this is not true.  They have me believe there is many ways to God.  This is a lie, and no amount of tyranny will have me accept this for I will overcome these tyrants with the word of my testimony, the blood of the lamb and that I do not love my life unto death.

Liberty cannot be stolen it just costs you more to exercise it.  (selah)

The Islamic nation of Pakistan is tied by India’s intelligence to the Mumbai terrorist attacks which killed many Jews and hundreds of others and  Obama says to India, “Be patient.” The Islamic nation of Iranians goes forward with the development of a nuclear bomb and Obama says, “Iran has every right to pursue nuclear independence.” Forty six or more Christians are killed in an attack on a Christian Church in the Islamic nation of Iraq and Obama’s silence is deafening. The most populous Muslim nation in the world, Indonesian is where Obama offers to reach out to Muslims. Israel plans to build apartments in Jerusalem and Obama says, “The action is troubling.” The Pakistani receives patience, the Iranians are justified, the Iraqis receive silence, the Indonesians are reached out to and Israelis are condemned.  You do not have to be a political analyst to know that the United States and its friends have an enemy in the White House and our enemies have a friend in the same place.  How else would you interpret recent events?

There are many ways that Barak Obama has demonstrated that his support lies squarely with Islam.  The declaration for NASA to “reach out” to the Islamic world is but the latest.  But none of his overtures to Islam have been as destructive to the United States as the two declarations he made in two Islamic Capitols.   The first is that the United States is no longer a Christian Nation.  The second is that the United States is not at war with Islam and never will go to war with Islam.  Within a year of these declarations the United States was attacked on six different occasions by men who were indoctrinated and motivated by Islam.   They attempted to kill as many Americans as they could in their planned attacks.   The web site TheReligionofPeace.com chronicles the six events:

1. Islamic agent plotted to set off a car bomb in  Illinois
2. Islamic agent plotted to blow up a skyscraper in Dallas
3. Islamic agent attempted to detonate an airplane over Detroit
4. Islamic agent murdered an army recruiter in Arkansas
5. Islamic agent planted a car bomb in Times Square
6. Islamic agent massacred thirteen people in Texas.

Obama’s declaration that the United States will NEVER go to war with Islam means that the United States will not recognize Islam as an enemy until Obama is removed from office and his foolish declarations are revoked.  This problem is manifested in examples like the Pentagon’s report to congress on the Fort Hood incident, number six on the list, which never mentions the words Islam or Islamic.     A state of war exists between the United States and Islam.   Islam is sending their troops to the United States to destroy the United States.  America is destined to be defeated in a war that Islam is waging against it.  That destiny cannot be changed until it recognizes Islam as its enemy and declares war on that enemy.  Selah

It would be correct to conclude that the severity of Yahweh’s judgments reveals the seriousness of the offences that catalyze them. In the previous post (click here to view it) we find that the oil catastrophe’s connection to the Obama administration’s recent declaration reflects Yahweh’s judgment on the US.

On April 19, 2010 Israel celebrated its Independence Day.  This is the time when Israelis observe the prophetic fulfillment of the Jews’ return to the land along with the celebration of the National re-birth of the state of Israel.  On the same day FOX News reported that the UN along with the Obama Administration declared they will no longer automatically support Israel in UN Security Council decisions.  This was an unprecedented move for the US.  Fox: Live Shots reports that this move would be the “end to the US’ use of its veto power in the United Nations Security Council when certain anti-Israel resolutions are introduced for a vote.”

Now take a moment and try to imagine what the state of Israel, and its relations to the world, would be today if the US did not veto any of the anti-Israel resolutions introduced in the UN …  Could we now be headed in the direction of what you just imagined?  …Selah!

On the following day of this declaration the Deep Water Horizon exploded causing the worst natural disaster in US history.  The US and the world are still suffering from this catastrophe.  A total estimate of 111 million gallons of oil, per day, are still spilling over into the Gulf waters.  The shorelines of at least four states have been oiled.  Oil is literally raining on top of the citizens of River Ridge, Louisiana.  Flames are now coming out of the plume of the spill; which causes alarm of an explosion for some people.  Our economy is in danger.  And our ecosystem is being choked to death.  The list goes on and on and is getting worse each day.  There seems to be no solution in sight.

As I stated in the opening of this post, “the severity of Yahweh’s judgments reveals the seriousness of the offences that catalyze them.” Therefore, if we look at the severity of what is taking place in the Gulf waters we will see that this move by the Obama administration is a grave offence!  Yahweh gave no maybes when He said that He will bless those that bless Israel and He will curse those that curse him (Gen 12:1-3).

The body of Christ is coming together to pray for the oil catastrophe, the effects it has on the US and the world, and the families who are grieving for lost loved ones.  This is good and is needed.  But, let us not forget another important aspect of this situation.

“…the judgments of Yahweh are true and righteous altogether.”  Psa 19:9

“…when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.”  Isa 26:9

“Let Mount Zion be glad! Let the daughters of Judah rejoice because of Your judgments!”  Psa 48:11

A proper response to Yahweh’s judgments is to give thanks.  I’m not saying that the effects of this oil spill is what we give thanks for.  It is the fact that Yahweh judges rightly that should be the cause of our gratitude.  His judgments are His righteous rulings.  Let us proclaim to Him that He is just and right when He judges.  Let us pray for mercy in this time of judgment.  And let us pray that “the inhabitants of the world [will] learn righteousness” as a result of this great judgment (Isa 26:9).

“Zion hears and is glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoice, because of Your judgments, O Yahweh.” Psa 97:8

To win a war you defeat the enemy.  Pretty simple, is it not?   You lose when the enemy defeats you.    If you do not know who the enemy is, your destination is defeat.  The United States will be defeated in the war it now wages because the United States will not name the enemy.

The United States was attacked nine years ago on 9-11-01 and decided to go to war.   Unfortunately, they called it “the war on terror.”   This title made it a war on a tactic.  Terror is a tactic.  It is not an ideology, a country, or a people you can’t win a war on a tactic.   I suspect some very bright souls in the current administration discovered this and came up with a simply brilliant idea to call terror a man-caused disaster.      The term a war on terror is ridiculous enough, without calling it a war on a man-caused disaster.  I’m sure many in the Obama administration said, “No one likes this war.  We named the war wrongly, maybe there was no enemy after all, let’s quit!”   The way this war is being conducted we are going to be defeated!

We DO have an enemy but refuse to recognize that enemy.   That enemy is Islam — plain and simple.    You may remember hearing that Islam is a peaceful religion.  But, I would guess you have concluded otherwise just from the last six terror attacks or attempted attacks on the United States this year.   Islam is neither peaceful nor much of a religion.    Islam has declared war on the US but we refuse to recognize Islam’s ability to wage that war.  The government of the US will not even use the word Jihad when we are attacked.  Jihad is Islam’s tactical weapon a way to wage war.  Islam loves this kind of demonstrated stupidity in its enemies.   That way they can attack with no fear of a targeted response.   Every Islamic attack is followed by someone in government or the press saying.  “Islam is a peaceful religion.”   Talk about self delusion, it speaks into the effectiveness of Mohammad’s statement that war is deceit.   Islam loves this for they have been at war with the United States since 1979 without being identified as the culprit.   The first shots of this war were when the Islamic regime in Iran captured the US embassy in Tehran and held Americans hostage for over a year.   We have suffered many casualties in this war such as the death of 241 American marines in Beruit in 1983.   The Hezbollah was the Iranian front group that perpetrated that jihad attack.  You may or may not know that Hezbollah means the party of the god of Islam.  The war continued to be waged upon the American public, who becoming vaguely aware of battles never seemed to connect the dots.   The Mogadishu rescue mission in 1993 was in the same year of the attack on the World Trade Center which killed six and injured over a thousand.  There would be many more attacks before the 2001 9-11 attack on the world trade center.   It was 1998 that Osama Bin Laden would declare war on the United States but most laughed at the cave dwelling Imam.   There was an attack on an American war ship, the USS Cole and seventeen people were killed.   These attacks that the US suffered were not done by the Russians, the Chinese, nor the Cubans.  No, these attacks were not acts of terror nor where they man-made disasters.   They were acts of war perpetrated on the United States driven by the ideology of Islam.

We are under another attack a few in the United States are realizing that Islam is the enemy.    The Organization of the Islamic communities, OIC is calling on the US  and other western governments to crack down on those who have awaken to the fact that Islam is the enemy. This is brilliant on the part of Islam.  Not only do they attack the United States they get the United States government to attack the defenders of the United States, the few who have come to the realization that Islam is the enemy.   They will constantly remind you that Islam is a peaceful religion.   Islam is calling the ones who have awakened to their evil — racist, racial, xenophobic, intolerant, and islamicphophic — just the ticket to get the Obama administration to crack down on US citizens.   Pakistan, speaking for the 57-nation Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), said the council’s special investigator into religious freedom should look into such racism “especially in Western societies”.    Now isn’t that just the cat’s whiskers, the country that is supporting the Taliban wants to crack down on those who think Islam is the enemy.   Islam certainly has the numbers for that billion-man army, doesn’t it?  Let those that have ears hear!

The United States was founded by the voices from the people of God, Yahweh.  Fifty-two of the fifty-six signers of the declaration of Independence were orthodox, deeply committed Christians.  Today, however, God’s people are silent.  Silence has become a tradition among Yahweh’s people.  The Government formed at the United State’s birth gradually realized that one day their existence would be threatened by the very same people of God who establish this great nation.  Thus the government has been in a slow but concerted effort to take the political voice from God’s people.   This effort grew teeth when in the 1950’s an unconstitutional law was established to silence the pulpits in the political arena. After this law was established any church which involved themselves in politics could lose their tax except status.  The churches in America dutifully obeyed the unconstitutional law and became silent about political issues.   The law has never been challenged in federal court.  So the unconstitutional law remains.  Pastors have even preached from their muzzled pulpits that churches should be silent on political matters.   They proclaim that the law was and is a “good” law separating church and state.   This terrible law has become a tradition of man that has made ill effect the Word of my God, Yahweh.   The people of God have silenced themselves in the political arena and the United States Government is trying to make this tradition a fait accompli.  The Silence of the Lambs has not done this nation well.  It has made wimps out of pastors and has eroded our precious God given liberties.   Speak-up and take back our Nation.   The Government has become your enemy.   The politicians in America are removing this nation from its Jewish and Christian foundation.  If this course is not reversed we in America will wake-up on a foundation of sand.  Destroyed because we rejected knowledge and because we did not love what Yahweh has given us. Speak up and find your footing on the side of God that this nation may not perish from this earth.

The Declaration of Independence declares the reasons the United States broke its ties with England. The statement was made that governments are formed among men to protect the God given rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  The implication was that England was not protecting these rights.  So we in America formed a new government. This government is the government that we have today.  This government has evolved to become an enemy of the people.  Governments cannot protect life without providing for the common defense.   You cannot provide for the common defense if you refuse to protect the borders; if you refuse to enforce the law.

Janet Napalitano, the Secretary of Home Land Security, says she will not enforce the law, she is saying: I will not protect life!  I will not protect your liberty.   She is saying to you, the people of Arizona and the United States:  Protect your own life.  We in the federal government are not going to enforce the law thus we are not going to provide for the common defense.  Janet Napalitano has been appointed by Barak Obama who has determined and stated boldly that the rights in the bill of rights are negative rights.  It would follow that Obama believes that life and liberty are negative rights.  Furthermore, rights like health care and housing are to Obama positive rights and he has determined that YOU the tax payer are on the hook to provide government power to distribute these rights to those who have no health care or housing.  The government can then become like god and distribute the wealth and the poor will give honor, praise and thanksgiving to the government.  Obama is trying to establish this state of economic reality; indeed he desires the praise of the people.    Of course the money will be skimmed as the government takes from one to give to another.   Eventually all will be poor and the United States government will be broke and that right soon.  Death of America will come through violence, neglect, and the lack of resources.  Decay of America will be the fruit of Obama’s rule.  The most likely end will be revolution and the death of many.  As long as the likes of Barak Obama are in power, the nation is destined to failure.  We are still a nation of the people and for the people and therefore have chosen our destiny.  Let us pray that our destructive course can be averted at the next opportunity to choose which is November.   Embrace Obama and look to Cuba, it is your destiny America.

Paul in the Letter to the Ephesians said, “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”    I have learned that Yahweh’s people have power over spiritual wickedness:  Power to establish and the power to dismantle.  I also know that God uses these powers to bring judgment or blessing to His people.   I have seen spiritual powers in high places like Fascism, Communism and Nazism brought down and vast territories freed from the bondage when they fall.  These institutions were crushed with great spiritual and physical struggle.   Words, prayers and the struggles of God’s people brought down these giant rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness.  The physical struggle was not the reason they fell, it was the prayers and the proclamation of God’s people that brought down these powers. President Reagan’s speech in Berlin said to the powers, “Bring down that wall,” was one of the many factors that let the world witness a great victory over the bondage of communism. It is also Yahweh’s people who will establish the rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness.  An example is how Yahweh’s people are establishing Islam in new territories.    Islam is a great spiritual wickedness but those that do not know the difference between the wickedness of Islam and the flesh and blood of the Muslims are establishing Islam in the throne of high places over themselves. They speak tolerance and Islam builds a Mosque at Ground zero. They speak acceptance and sharia law becomes a factor in banking and families. They refuse to go to war with Islam and Islam sends terrorists to the US until we are defeated. CAIR the (Council on American-Islamic Relations) is allowed to sue, intimidate and demand concessions against the American people and the people of God concede to the demands and speak Peace to Islam. Yes, the people of God are bringing down Yahweh’s Judgment upon themselves with these simple actions. They refuse knowledge and thus they are destroyed.

This week the Pentagon, and let’s be clear, the Obama Administration,  disinvited Franklin Graham from attending the Pentagon’s National Day of Prayer service on May 6, 2010. The reason is simply that after 9-11 Franklin Graham stated the truth and said that Islam is evil.   So it is. It is not enough that Islam’s agents have killed thousands of the Americans, attacked our embassies, our military and our way of life.   Rather than fight this evil our Government is blackmailing its own people to bow to the god of Islam and renounce Yahweh the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.    The god of Islam is not God, and I refuse to say he is.   There is but one God and His name is Yahweh.  These truths have been rejected by the United States government.   My government, led by Obama, has said it will not go to war with Islam.   Obama has told the people of the United States that they should respect Islam, the ideology of hate.  The United States as an appeasement to Islam prefers the god of Islam over the God of Christians and Jews.  As of this moment, my government has declared war on Yahweh.   I stand with Yahweh thus I know the government of the United States is at war with me.  Their objective is to have me bow to the god of Islam, the god of death.   My God has not asked me to take arms against the United States but simply to stand with Him.   I know that Franklin Graham stands with Yahweh and the United States is coming against him too.   Islam, with which the United States stands, has long ago declared war on Yahweh.  They will lose this endeavor for it is Yahweh that made the United States a glorious nation.  As the United States shows a preference for Islam and abandoned the God of it fathers, its former glory will fade into the trash heap of history just as Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia.   I weep for this nation when I consider that God is just (Thomas Jefferson).

I want to be liked and I am motivated to ingratiate myself to others. But, I have chosen to be on Yahweh’s side and it seems if you make that decision the world will hate you. This hate becomes more focused as the world becomes aware of what God is doing.
Allow me to explain by the example of a simple word called Zion or Zionist. My God, Yahweh, is a Zionist. He is the quintessential Zionist. Yahweh is a political Zionist and a spiritual Zionist. He has the objective of establishing His son on Zion and to have Him rule the world from that seat. Therefore, it is natural for those on God’s side to take the position of being a Zionist. A hundred years ago the word Zionist was just coming into the vocabulary of those outside the church and the Jewish Faith. In 1898, Theodor Herzl chaired what is now billed as the First Zionist Congress and the world says to this day, he is the father of Zionism. Well, that’s just not so. With all due respect to Theodor Herzl, God is the Father of Zionism, but I am being redundant. Before a Jew named Theodor Herzl brought the attention of the world to the Zionist movement, a Baptist called Robert Lowery puts this refrain on a poem called “We’re marching to Zion.”

We’re marching to Zion,
beautiful, beautiful Zion;
we’re marching upward to Zion,
the beautiful city of God.

Zionism was certainly popular a hundred or so years ago. Conferences were being called, songs were written and churches were being named after Zion. Many Mount Zion Churches were making their way onto the landscape. Something happened, however, while marching to Zion, the world became aware that Yahweh was fulfilling His promise to establish Zion. What a coincidence! The same time Yahweh decides to display His prophetic word before the world, His people start singing “We’re Marching to Zion.” Then, in 1948, a nation appeared on the face of the earth. The appearance of this nation got the world’s attention and to this day the world is distressed that this nation exists. The world applies the majority of its attention to stopping this nation. The nation of Israel is maintained and exists because Yahweh ordains it. It is obvious to the most uninterested observer that Israel is an unusual nation. Israel is completely surrounded by enemies who have over a ten to one advantage. They go to war with Israel from time-to-time. As each war completes, Israel does not get further from establishing their presence on mount Zion but closer. This causes one of two reactions: one of excitement or one of hate and despair. So, what about the word Zion? The world has not been able to defeat Zionism as God demonstrates His plan will not be undone. The churches no longer sing “We’re Marching to Zion” or name their places of worship after Zion. Why, because the world cannot say “Zionist” without adding a nasty superlative: “dirty Zionist”, “lying Zionist”, “imperialistic Zionist”, “Zionist pigs” or “Zionist racist.” These are just a few of the terms spilling out of the mouths and hearts of those who are in the world. This has caused the churches, who do not want to stand in the way of the offence, to stay silent about the plans of their Zionist God, Yahweh, to establish Zion. Indeed, some of the churches have joined with the world to fight against the purposes of Yahweh either overtly or covertly. But, the world fights, and before they fight they rage, and before they rage they hate and if you are standing on Yahweh’s side expect incoming, but stand, for the reward is great. Greater is He with Whom you stand. Those who stand are truly marching to Zion.

The Presbyterian Church USA has raised their voice to be the latest Christian denomination to defame and destroy Israel. Many denominations make the effort every year or so and I guess it is Presbyterian Church USA’s turn.  Last year it was the United Church of Canada. Certain denominations rebuff Israel but couch their criticism in the pretence of protecting the human rights of the Palestinians.  They call for Israel to be renounced, boycotted and isolated for violating the rights of terrorists.  All the time their focus is on Israel: Churches are burned in Nigeria, Christians are killed in Sudan and Egypt and jailed in Pakistan and Iraq.  Christians are driven out of Palestinian held territory and the last Christian radio station in the Palestinian controlled territories is shutdown and not a whisper out of the Presbyterian Church USA or any of their partners.  The purpose of Yahweh to establish Israel is their target.  To them it is just right that the purpose of God be thwarted so that the Presbyterian Church USA may have a doctrine that lives.  Now where have I heard that before?  This attack is so egregious and their reason so hollow that in the face of all the atrocities in the world you must wonder what is the problem with Israel?  Their problem is simply the promotion of replacement theology.  They believe that the destruction of Israel would justify their arguments that the Church has replaced Israel.  Replacement theology has two problems:  Israel lives and Israel is.  This shouts at the replacement theological people that they are peddling a lie.  To resurrect their doctrine they must destroy Israel.  This is why these denominations call for a boycott against Israel but not one against Iran.  Iran does not fly in the face of their doctrine.  Iran is killing people in the streets and the Presbyterian Church USA is silent. Iran is boldly planning genocide and the Presbyterian Church USA is silent.  Iran says it will drive Israel into the sea and the Presbyterian Church USA is silent.  Israel announces that it is going to build apartments in Jerusalem and the Presbyterian Church USA call for a boycott.   There is none so blind that they will not see.

History is replete with recordings of evil events.  Evil events occur because evil reigns in the hearts of men.   You would never hear this from CBS, NBC or CNN because they promote the template that evil is not in the hearts of men but rather men are innately good.  These enlightened men believe that evil exists in those who are in pursuit of the righteousness of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.   The enlightened believe further that their God is evil if He is responsible or somehow could have prevented  a “natural disaster” such as occurred in Haiti.  This template, this world view, molds the news from all major news outlets.  This was exemplified in the story about Pat Robertson’s comments about Haiti recorded by CNN, CBS, and NBC.  There were no stories in the news media asking the question as to whether Pat Robertson was correct.  There was no investigative reporting about the pact that the Haitians made with Satan.  No stories about Haiti’s tragic history.  No stories about the thoughts of the Haitians.  No, this was all dismissed as nonsense.  Who would ever think that even if the Haitians made a pack with Satan that it would have any effect,  certainly not in the enlightened times of 2010.  The world went with the template:  Pat Roberson was as evil as they come because of his belief in Yahweh and his politically incorrect conclusions.  “Why, any person of faith that believes that God controls the seas skies and earth is just evil”, screams the enlightened to the world.  The enlightened, are good, wise and reasonable and have everything under control; but, they promote a god who loses control.  They have created a god in their image:  a god who had nothing to do with the earthquake in Haiti.

Yahweh, the God who created me, does not lose control and had control of the situation in Haiti.  Yahweh has intent in every thing that He does and He does all things including control of the earth and the sea.  I also know that Yahweh has placed two doors in front of every soul and group on earth.  Door one has Life written upon it and door two has Death written upon it.  The placement of these doors before all is a “God given liberty.”  God’s love, another characteristic of my God, motivated Him to put out a suggestion.  He said, “Chose life that you and your children may live.”  So the 250,000 deaths that occurred in Haiti may and most probably were because of what they or their fathers chose! What a concept.  They choose life, they get life; they choose death, they get death.  God gives you a choice.  You choose wrong and the media will not attribute the outcome to your choice, they will rather demonize anyone who would presume to acknowledge God’s sovereignty.  The good thing about my God is that He gives second chances, new beginnings.  Often the awareness of that second chance comes immediately after a disaster, such as the earthquake in Haiti.  It is Yahweh’s way to make men aware that He is God and He has set before them two doors.  Enlightened men, armed with their templates, come to take this awareness out of the hearts of men.  But, praise Yahweh, the people in Haiti did not get the news from CNN, CBS or NBC.  Instead they repented of their voodoo and satanic ways and understood that door one was still a choice Haiti is now on the border of a new beginning.  May Haiti live.   Am Israel Chai!

The arrest and indictment of top military figures in Turkey last week precipitated potentially the most severe crisis since Mustafa Kemal Atatürk founded the republic in 1923. The weeks ahead will probably indicate whether the country continues its slide toward Islamism or reverts to its traditional secularism. The denouement has major implications for Muslims everywhere.

Turkey’s military has long been both the state’s most trusted institution and the guarantor of Atatürk’s legacy, especially his laicism. Devotion to the founder is not some dry abstraction but a very real and central part of a Turkish officer’s life; as journalist Mehmet Ali Birand has documented, cadet-officers hardly go an hour without hearing Atatürk’s name invoked.

The Organization of the Islamic Conference, OIC, is an organization within the UN that consists of fifty-six countries and the Palestinians, making fifty-seven states.  The OIC votes within the UN as a block and that vote is always anti-Israel.  When Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, spoke at the UN some months ago all the members of the OIC walked out.   Yes, the OIC leads the world in anti-Semitism.  The OIC also stifles any criticism of Islam.  The OIC has purposed UN resolutions to limit free speech to make it Illegal for anyone to criticize Islam.   In some OIC states the criticism of Islam is a capital offence.  The OIC also is front-and-center when it comes to apologizing for Islamic terrorism.  This is an organization that any freedom loving American would resist and avoid.

The United States, under the wisdom of Barak Hussein Obama, has appointed a “special envoy” to the OIC.  President “this-nation-is-no-longer-a-Christian-nation” Obama has appointed Rashad Hussain as the special envoy to the OIC.  The OIC’s uses words like, Rashad Hussain is an activist par-excellence.  Now it is not a stretch to say that the glowing endorsement by the OIC almost guarantees that Rashad Hussain is an anti-Semitic, anti-free speech, terrorist-supporting, bigot par-excellence.   Secretary of State, Clinton, introduced the OIC envoy Hussain to glowing acceptance by the OIC.   “This will bring the United States and the Muslim world closer” said an OIC representative.  This is just what Hussein Obama wants.  It is the next step for the United States to Islamic bondage.

It turns out that Obama’s appointment has been shown to be an anti-Semitic, anti-free speech, terrorist-supporting, bigot par-excellence.    He has supported convicted Palestinian Islamic Jihad operative Sami Al-Arian.  He is pro-jihad, anti-Israel and just the kind of person Obama desires to be a part of his administration.  The appointment of Rashad Hussain has removed for me any doubt as to whether Obama is incompetent or a traitor.  Obama’s appointment speaks to the OIC, the world, and Israel that he desires for the US to be a member of the OIC.   Obama’s  goal: make the US an Islamic nation.

This country is now reeling with the worst President in history.  It has become apparent that Barak Obama is an enemy of the country, a country he leads.  Because of this, none of the outcomes that the United States faces are good.  The best course of action would be to impeach and remove the traitor from office.  But, it may not be possible before irreversible damage is done to the freedom and liberty with which this country has been blessed.  Freedom and liberty is a gift from Yahweh and anyone who would purpose to take these away is stealing what God has given.  Should you be ready to fight for that which God has given you?  If you are not, bondage is your destiny.

You may consider the use of the term traitor too harsh.  I think it is too little too late.  During the 2008 election the people did not want to know who Obama was:  Is Obama a communist, socialist, fascist or what?  Is he a Christian or a Muslim?  Is He for the US or against the US?  These are not questions meant as a smear, they are rather questions that should have been asked before General Motors and Chrysler, large banks, insurance companies and the housing industry was nationalized.  It should have been asked before trillions were spent to bankrupt the country –It should have been asked before gobs of money were spent as a rouse to stop unemployment.   But no, the questions were not asked.  Hope and Change drove the agenda and the vetting of the presidential candidate was stopped at the realization that this would be the first black president.  Not even the people who Obama hung-out with raised alarms about who Obama was.  His spiritual leader hated and cursed America, His political career was launched in the home of a terrorist, and he was able to get the home he lived in with the help of a Chicago gangster.  Why would anyone be against any of these things after all he will bring hope and change!  We do not even know, beyond a doubt, whether Obama was born in the United States.  Now we have a president that is not comfortable with victory in a war that the US is waging.  A president, who has driven the troop moral into the mud, ruined our reputation among many of our allies and has brought the US to an ineffectual state so no action can be taken against a nuclear Iran.  He has, to his disgrace, improved our image among thugs and dictators.  What are we to think about a president that wants a trial for foreign terrorist in a federal court bestowing full constitutional rights on those who waged war on the US?   He then tries to cover up the acts and motives of a US born terrorist by trying him in a military court.  (Referring to the Fort Hood murderer)   A president who swore to defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic went to the capitals of two Islamic countries and said, “The US is not at war with Islam and it never will be at war with Islam.”   Why should I not think that he has place Islam above the constitution?   The directives and laws of Islam’s ideology contradict and are in direct conflict with the US constitution.  The ideals of the constitution are at war with the ideology of Islam.  Our President is not nor will he ever defend the constitution against Islam!  Whether he is Muslim or not he stands ready to concede to Islam at the most appropriate moment.  Islam is elitist and does not promote equal rights or equality under the law.  Islam is an evil and when it dominates a country, that country is in bondage.  Consider Iran or Saudi Arabia.  Our president will install Sharia law rather than fight Islam.  Obama is a traitor!

A NAME:

I took my wife, Sara Jean to the doctors for a routine check-up and sat in the waiting room as usual.  I picked up a newspaper called Sports News and the first story was entitled My NAME will be REMEMBERERED FOREVER. It struck me as to how important a name is to both those who know it and those to whom it belongs.  Names like Elvis, Abe,  FDR , Castro and Napoleon need no explanation.  This is just the way they like it.  These names are chiseled into history and we are intimately familiar with the person associated with the name.  We know the men and the events that surround these names.   Oh, by the way, the name of whom the article spoke: Shaquille O’Neal – enough said, if you are a basketball fan.

If someone came to you and asked you about Joe Blow, your initial response, if truthful, would be, “Who?”

“You know, Joe Blow, he’s from Podunk,” responds your questioner in a tone that indicates that you should know this guy.

“I have no idea who you are taking about,”  you would respond, starting to wonder if the questioner knows Joe Blow.

If you do not know the name Joe Blow, you do not know Joe Blow.  It’s that simple.

Some 300 years before Jesus began to teach, the name of God was sealed.  By the time Jesus spoke the Sermon on the Mount, the name was not known by anyone on that mount.   It is thus fair to say that few knew God.    Once Jesus said to His disciples, “…they do not know the One who sent Me.”    May I conclude, if they do not know the NAME of the One who sent Jesus they cannot know Jesus?   I think now it is the other way around, unless you know Jesus you cannot know Yahweh. More on this later.  

A Name Remembered:

Many years ago I read Dale Carnegie’s book How to Make Friends and Influence People.  Remembering that there were certain points that were made on how to make friends and influence people, I revisited these points to refresh my memory. They are:

1. Become genuinely interested in other people.
2. Smile.
3. Remember that a man’s Name is to him the sweetest and most important sound in any language.
4. Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.
5. Talk in the terms of the other man’s interest.
6. Make the other person feel important and do it sincerely.

These can be changed a bit and you could improve your relationship with Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

1. Become genuinely interested in Yahweh.
2. Smile. Give thanks.
3. Remember, Yahweh’s Name is to Him a sweet and important sound.
4. Be a good listener.
5. Talk about His plan, not yours – Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
6. Praise Yahweh, Glorify Him

All of these points are good and could be expanded into chapter after chapter but I would like to focus on point number three, “Remember Yahweh’s Name is to Him a sweet and important sound.”   The name of God has been forgotten.  It is a name that abides in the memory of the history of God’s people.   It is known esoterically and used by few.  It is not, however, used among His people in verse nor in song.  His people are now just coming to the revelation of His name and beginning to use His Name, Yahweh.

Don’t you hate to forget somebody’s name?   You cannot say, “Hey, nice to see you, what’s your name.”  It would make you feel stupid.  Given how much a person’s name means to him, you just don’t say that.  What do you think would happen when your God appears and you say, “Hey, nice to see you, what’s your name”, or worse yet you call Him by another’s name!  You don’t even have to explain, He knows you do not know.  Names are important and Yahweh desires His name to be known even by the heathen. Sadly, there are few who acknowledge His name and fewer still who use it.  So what happened to cause men to forget the Name of God? Elvis Presley has more name recognition than Yahweh.  There are twenty-three centuries of tradition which have obscured, wiped-out and generally demonized the use of the Name of God.  Few write His name and fewer still speak His name.  These conditions exist whether in the synagogue or the church.    Many proclaim through song and prose: we will magnify, praise and exalt the Name of God.  But, truth be known, they do not know the Name of God.  How sad!  Few who know His Name mention His Name.  Those who mention His Name do so in a whisper.  Many in Christendom think the Name of God is Jesus.   Jesus is the Son of God and yes, God the Son – But, Jesus is not the Name of God.   The Name Jesus is a transliteration from the Latin which was translated from the Greek which was translated from the Hebrew.   In the Hebrew His Name is Yeshua which literally means Salvation.  (Matthew 1:21)  Jesus is the name under heaven by which you must be saved.  However, Revelation 3:12 clearly indicate that Jesus’ will change His name.  Thus the name of Jesus is not eternal but, God’s name is.    Curious?

There is a scripture in Proverbs 18:10 that states “The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous run into it, and is safe.”    I’m familiar with a song which uses this verse as lyrics.  An additional verse of the song says, “Jesus is the Name of the LORD.”     But this is not quite correct.  The Hebrew word for “the LORD” is Yahweh and this is the name of God.  So, if you were to sing the song as it should be translated it would be, “Jesus is the name of Yahweh.”   Doesn’t make sense, does it?  Stay with me here, I know this revelation is going against the grain but at one time eating His flesh and drinking His blood also went against the grain, did it not?

(Proverbs 30:4 ) asks, “What is His Name, and what is His Son’s Name, if you can tell?”)   Singing,   “Jesus is the name of Yahweh” does not answer the question in Proverbs 30:4,  but reveals that the lyrics are wrong.  How do you think God’s people got in this position?  They are called by His name but when His name is spoken they say, who?  Or worse yet, what?

In most translations of the scriptures the Name of our God is cloaked.  Rather than writing His name as Jehovah or Yahweh it is written as the LORD.  I know that all this confusion and ambiguity about His Name did not take Yahweh by surprise.  Indeed, there is no doubt He was the One who cloaked His Name for a time.  Now, on the other hand it is obvious from the prophetic scriptures that He desires to reveal His Name.  The Glory of Yahweh will rise with the use of His Name.  His deeds and Who He is will be known through-out all the earth and there will no one running around saying, “Well, we all worship the same God,” or other such nonsense!

The Confusion:

Almost every mainline press report when reporting on terrorists screaming Allah akbar translates the Arabic phrase into “God is great.”  This is wrong on two counts.  The phrase really should be translated “Allah is greater.”  The “God is great” translation plays into a common misconception that Allah is God and akbar means great.  This is a way of disassociating the terrorist from Islam and for the press to blame the whole terrorist thing on a generic god.  It has another effect of telling everyone, “We all worship the same god.”  After all, isn’t Allah just the Arabic word for God?  No, it is the Arabic word for the name of the god of Islam.

The press loves to promote this misconception for they do not believe in any god.   It suits their desire to lump all gods into one god.   It promotes their desire for multiculturalism and they feel so good that they have treated all religions the same.  This makes them objective and sooo above the fray.  They hate anyone who would contradict the conclusion that we all worship the same god.  The press labels the people who know their God is Yahweh as hateful bigots, narrow minded, and not near the objectivity they have.  This feeds into the press’ desires to draw a moral equivalence between Christians and the terrorist.  After all, if a Christian becomes “radical” he is just one step from a terrorist act.  These subliminal suggestions come pouring out of the elitists press every night on the news.

But, Allah is NOT the same as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and he is NOT the God of Jesus.  The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has a name; it is Yahweh.  Allah was a god selected from a plethora of desert gods that were common to the Arabian people.  Mohammad came along in the seventh century peddling this moon god as the only god and as a promotional he proclaimed that this god, Allah is the greatest.  Simply Allah akbar.  This will be the last time I write this phrase, for the truth is: Yahweh akbar.  (Exodus 23:13)

Islam and its rise in the west is indeed one of the reasons that the name of God has become important.  Not so long ago there was little doubt as to who God was.  This was a Judeo-Christian nation and God, whose name is Yahweh, was seldom if ever confused with another demonic god.  This is no longer true.

Here is an example, albeit antidotal, of how confused the Church has become.  Back on August 16, 2007 an article was written by Fox news on how a Roman Catholic bishop in the Netherlands wanted people of all faiths to refer to God as “All-h.”  Another article says that Moslems in Malaysia are trying to prohibit the Roman Catholic Church from referring to God as “All-h.”  It would be funny if it were not so sad.

We are in a war and it is a war that Yahweh is staging.  He is going to show the world that He is God and He is the God of the people who take refuge in His Name.  “The Name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run into it, and is safe.”  (Proverbs 18:10) Many who profess to know Him do not know the Name of Yahweh. This is made evident by the sited articles.  The question then becomes how is it that the people who profess to know Him are so confused?  Never in all of history has the identity of God been hidden primarily because God’s name is not spoken among the Jews and unknown among the Christians.  For 2300 years the Jews have refused to speak the Name and the Christians are ignorant of the Name.  Why?

The Obfuscation:

Yahweh, the Name of God was not always cloaked.  There was a time that Yahweh was in common use among the people of God.  God’s Name gradually slipped from common use after the time of Ezra and the rebuilding of the second temple.  The Name Yahweh, was first taken from the people around 350BC.  The priests became the keeper of the Name of Yahweh and they uttered it only in prayer.  By 291 BCE the Name of God had been removed from use.  The high priest became the only one to speak His Name and he did so only during Yom Kipper when he went into the most Holy.  Otherwise, he never so much as whispered the Name of God.  The final straw was the destruction of the second temple in 70 AD.  No temple, no speaking of the Name of Yahweh.  No observant Jew has spoken the Name of Yahweh from then till now.  Thus no one is sure of the Name’s proper pronunciation.  Did you know that the Jews are commissioned to keep the oracles of God?

There is an article that appears in Rabbi Kaplan’s Handbook of Jewish Thought. This particular article is a dissertationon how and why the name of God is not to be spoken.  The following is an except:

The Tetragrammaton is called God’s “proper name” (Shem HaMeforash). Although God Himself is absolutely unknowable and unnameable, the Tetragrammaton is His highest emanation in creation. It is therefore considered most sacred, and is never pronounced as it is written, even in prayer. We are taught that one who pronounces the Tetragrammaton disrespectfully is worthy of death and has no portion in the World to Come. According to tradition, whenever the Tetragrammaton is written yud-hay-vov-hay, it is read Adonai. However, when it occurs in conjunction with the name adonai, it is read Elohim.”

The article by Rabbi Kaplan goes on to say:

Originally, the Tetragrammaton was used by all the priests in their blessing. However, there is a tradition that after Shimon HaTzaddik died in 3470 (291 BCE), its use was discontinued, since the Divine Presence (Shechina) was no longer manifest in the Temple and the other priests felt themselves unworthy.

For about 300 years before Jesus’ first advent the Jews had not spoken the Name of God.  This brings into question the writings of the New Testament!  They were written less than 200 years after the birth of Jesus. (Matthew 15:6)  The writers of the New Testament had brought this prohibition to the text by the traditions of the Jews.  There are numerous unambiguous examples of the Name of Yahweh being substituted by the Greek word for Lord, or kurios.Consider Mark 12:30, which uses the phrase “love the Lord thy God.”  There is no doubt that this is a quote from Deuteronomy 6:5, which says, “And you shall love Yahweh your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.”  [Let me get back to the fact that your KJV Bible says, “the LORD” where I put Yahweh.]  The Jewish tradition of obfuscating the name of Yahweh, for whatever reason, was codified into the scriptures until it was all but lost.  Few among the Christians know that God even has a Name and fewer still know what it is and fewer (if anyone) know how it is pronounced.

The Old Testament was translated into English and the Name Yahweh was substituted by the word, Lord or God.  The King James Version (KJV) did not entirely wipe out the information but would translate the word Yahweh into all capital letters like this “LORD.”  Usually it is predicated by the definite article ‘the’. It appears in the KJV as “the LORD.”  Sometimes the Hebrew text itself would use the term Lord Yahweh in which case it was translated in the KJV as “Lord GOD.”   This case is found in the book of the prophet Ezekiel.  The coding of the word Yahweh certainly had its effect, consider that few know that the 23rd Psalm really begins with, “Yahweh is my Sheppard…” and ends with  “… I will dwell in the house of Yahweh forever.”  He really does have a Name!  It is just hidden.

What Harm the Obfuscation?

I suspected that up to now there was little harm, but I was wrong.  Great confusion as to who God is has infected the land.  This tradition has caused and is causing His name and thus His desire to be eclipsed.  Even the President of the United States proclaims with a certainty that we, that is, Muslims and Christians, worship the same God.  This is patently false, and one reason that it is universally accepted in Christendom is that the Name of God is unknown.  It is time for those who know His Name to proclaim His Name.   God has an appointed time for everything under the sun and now is the time for God’s name, Yahweh, to be glorified.  It may seem quite presumptuous to say this but there is no doubt that God wants His Name Known.  2300 years of tradition, however, bring most to a completely different conclusion.  God has declared His Name over and over again.

How can you sing praises unto the Name of the Lord if you do not know nor use the Name?  Psalms 61:8

How can you lift up your hands in His Name if you do not know or use the Name? Psalms 63:4

How can you glorify the Name of God if you do not know or use the Name?  Psalms 86:12, Psalms 148:13, Isaiah 25:1,

How can you call upon the Name of Yahweh if you do not know the Name?  Psalms 105:1, Psalms 116:4, Joel 2:32,

You are denying the Name of God in your own life and profaning it to others, if you have forgotten the Name: Proverbs 30:9, Isaiah 52:5-6

You will be set on high if you know His Name.  Psalms 91:14

What are the ramifications of not knowing Yahweh?  Consider:  John 15:21-22

Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.  But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me.

Do you think that obfuscating the Name of God may have had something to do with this blindness that was epidemic among the leaders of Judah?  As you know one of the reasons the Jews in 291 BC obscured the Name is because theShechina Glory left.  Could the leaving of the Shechina Glory be a leading indicator, rather than trailing?  Put another way, could limiting the use of His Name have caused the glory to be removed?  Conversely could restoring His Name cause the Glory to return?

It is well established that Yahweh wants his Name known by His People.  One reason is that our salvation may depend on it!  Paul, in defending the concept that God’s salvation is for all people, quotes Joel 2:32 which reads, “…whosoever shall call on the Name of the LORD shall be delivered…” Paul quotes Joel in Romans 10:13 which reads, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”  It seems that the two uses of the word Lord are not the same.   It is no wonder a poor soul would get confused.  There is no doubt that the LORD in Joel and the Lord in Romans are the same and there is no doubt that the use of the word Lord in both instances obfuscates His Name.  Romans 10:13 should read, “For whosoever shall call upon the Name of Yahweh shall be saved.”   This adds more light to the scriptures and the context that is being taught.  Reading within the context of Joel it is clear that this passage is for a specific time, the day of Yahweh!  But making a copy of a copy of a copy removed information at each iteration.  The original is written in Hebrew and says Yahweh or hwhy and as it passed through the lips of the Jewish Hebrew reader who say “HaShem” it then passes onto the pages of a translation and it is written “the LORD” when the second translator writes it, he pens “the Lord,” then in the eyes of a reader the information becomes lost as last years corn.  Romans 10:13 is sometimes used as an example of just how simple it may be to be saved: just call upon the name of Jesus.  This may be correct, but as to why it is correct cannot be extracted from Romans 10:13.  The clarification brings many questions like how often in the scriptures does this occur?  How many mistranslations are there in the New Testament?  The answers to both questions:  A lot!

So, what harm the obfuscation:  A lot.

The Blessing of Knowing His Name:

The people of God would have no power unless God shared His Name and thus His glory.  This is not to say that God would have no power if He had no Name, just that God’s people would have no power, no inheritance, no power of attorney, and no Name.  Furthermore, we wouldn’t have any need to know the Name.  His people are to be called by His Name.  God’s people are to have His Name written on them.  God’s people are to know the Name of Yahweh.  The very purpose of the Aaronic blessing is to place God’s name on the people of God. (Number 6:27)

Reasons for a name:

(1)    For unique identification.   (That you may be uniquely identified)

(2)   As a conveyance of authority.  (The seal, crown and scepter)

(3)   To identify property.   (Deeds)

(4)  Give your prodigy an inheritance, to pass on a heritage.  (Convey wealth)

Unique Identification:

If you do not have a unique identification for your God, then to what falls your adoration?  The gods of this world enjoy your confusion for it is easy for them to capture your worship.  The motivation of these gods is to capture God’s glory.

What is the difference in worshiping one god over the other if they are all the same?  Your god becomes just one of a litany of nameless gods that seem appropriate for the occasion.  The alluring rhetoric is every where, “There are many ways to heaven.”

“Your God is so harsh.  He lets someone who worships another god die and go to hell. Don’t you know its all one god?”

“You mean there is only one way to god?  What nonsense.”

“We all worship the same god.  Don’t we?”

“We have a fresh revelation.”

“Who is your god anyway?”

If you cannot identify your God then how do you expect to answer or respond to these simple questions and statements?

Praise of Yahweh, my God is like Revelation 4:11 — You are worthy, Yahweh, for you have created all things and for your pleasure they are and were created.  You may forgive me the liberty of replacing ‘O Lord’ with Yahweh.  At this point I do not think that there is any ambiguity as to the fact of who Yahweh is.   Yahweh is the Creator of the universe and the world has taken it upon itself to defame Him and then rationalize why they are worthy.  The first thing you try to learn about someone, anyone, is their name.  If God had not wanted to be known He would not have given His Name.

No son of man was there when the foundation of the earth was laid and what is said about my God, Yahweh, is not true.  They give dark council when they presume to say who Yahweh is?  Only those that know Him can speak the truth about Him.  I know that Yahweh has a Messiah, you may call Him the Christ.  He has a Son you may call Him Jesus.  You do not know Yahweh except His Son introduces Him to you.  These are facts and no amount of rationalization can or will change these facts.

As a Conveyance of Authority:

Yahweh, Who is and was a Spirit, chooses a time to become the Son of man.  In doing so He set a relationship between His people and Himself.  This relationship is activated, endures, and is made possible through and in His Messiah the One sent.  I use the word Messiah rather than Christ to convey the significance of Who Jesus is.   Somehow the word Christ does not fully come to that end, where Messiah has the meaning of “the Anointed,” the One Who was promised in the context of Psalm 2.  It has the connotation of the Son of God.  God became man so that men could take on the anointing that His Messiah brought. Thus they could call their God, Yahweh, Father.  This anointing contains the authority which is conveyed from Yahweh, to His Son, Yeshua, and then to any one who is in Yeshua. Yes, you take on the authority of His Name.  This authority is appropriated by and through Jesus and acted upon through faith.

To Identify Property.

My parents sent me to camp at a young age.  Off I went with other carefree irresponsible types to enjoy the great outdoors in northern New England during their two week summer.  Before I left, every article of clothing would be marked with my name, even my socks.  That name would remove all ambiguity as to whom everything belonged.  God’s possession is the earth and everything that is therein.  It would seem that given the circumstances that it would not be necessary to place His Name on all things but He does.  Etched in the wadies and canyons of a place in Israel called Shiloh is the name of God “hwhy” Yahweh speaks of this as penned in Jeremiah 7:12.  The Name of God is embossed on all of creation. There is no other god, which has created anything.  It seems that this Name should be the Name that was from the beginning and to the end.

Give Your Prodigy an Inheritance, to Pass on a Heritage.

To pass on a heritage you need two things, children and a name.  The name is given to the prodigy.  God has chosen His prodigy.  He has done this by (1) having a Son and then His Son took a bride.  Thus anyone in Jesus, the Son of God is in line for an inheritance for our name is changed when we become part of the bride.  Our new name is His Name and the Name written on His children is Yahweh.  This is simply because Jesus is Yeshua Ben Yahweh.  Because we are the bride, by this covenant, we can say “Father” God.  We just say Abba, or Father.   But to the Heathen we say His name is Yahweh!

From Cover Up to Revelation:

Yahweh has revealed Himself to men since the beginning of man’s history.   On the other hand, men have been busy with the big cover-up. Men cover-up God’s deeds and Who He is.  The reason is for power and money.  Men have been trying to be like God since Adam took the fruit from Eve.  Emperors of Rome have proclaimed that they are god and squelched any fact that would reveal otherwise.  The knowledge of God is expunged and replaced by man’s own deeds.   Thus men take, steal and usurp Yahweh’s glory.

“But, but, no one is saying they are God today?” asks the not so informed Obama voter, “How is this cover-up going on today?”

Organizations declare themselves the revelators of God and have become the peddlers of God’s grace.  Let’s just say they are middle men between God and man.   They then demand homage for their position.  Martin Luther’s (circa 1520) declaration, that men are justified by faith, cut deeply into the profits of the Roman Catholic Church.  They sold this justification and called it absolution.  While absolution (salvation) was being peddled by the Catholic Church, it was counter productive for the Catholic Church to declare that salvation was bought with a price and the price had been paid.  How could St Peters at the Vatican in Rome be completed without this money?  Such opulence and grandeur on display till this day was bought with the money of poor duped salvation searching souls.

As incredible as it would have seemed, Martin Luther was not proclaiming a new revelation, he was removing the cover from that which was hidden.   He was proclaiming something that God had revealed and men attempted to cover-up.

Money and power are the factors that motivate men to cover the knowledge of God.  Power is the substance that is used to control the money.  So one may say the root of all evil is the love of money.  Yes, I do believe there was another who said something similar.

The cover-up of the knowledge of God is not a small business enterprise.  However, the revelation or re-revelation of what God places before His servants is often, if not always, a small enterprise.  Yahweh loves the David-and-Goliath scenario.  This is sometimes a bit disconcerting to a reluctant David.  But, somehow I do not think He is too concerned about our weakness.  For His power is made evident in that weakness.

God has revealed his Name Yahweh to Israel.   Consider the passage in Exodus:

Exodus 6:2 – 3 And God spoke unto Moses, and said, I am Yahweh. I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by God Almighty, but by my name Yahweh was I not known to them.

What a concept.  God introduces Himself to Moses!  Moses becomes the first man to know the Name of God.  Do you suppose that Moses said, “I’m sorry Mr. God but I can’t use that name.”  Or how about, “I like the way You introduced Yourself but, You are too holy, and thus that Name is too Holy, I just will not speak that Name again.”  Or “We will lock that Name up and keep it a secret, OK?”  I believe if Moses had responded with any of these responses we Bible teachers would be saying, “Remember the time when Moses was fried.”

Some forty years after Moses is introduced to Yahweh, a Canaanite prostitute named Rehab was using the Name of God.  How without television, Internet, or radio did Rehab become so intimate with the Name of God?   Who is this heathen that feared God?  Rehab was not afraid to use the Name Yahweh.  Indeed.  I think she would have been more afraid not to use it.  We the readers of scripture meet Rehab in the book of Joshua as she is cutting a deal with some Israeli spies.

Joshua 2:9-11 And she said unto the men, I know that Yahweh hath given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you. For we have heard how Yahweh dried up the water of the Red Sea for you, when ye came out of Egypt; and what you did unto the two kings of the Amorites, that were on the other side Jordan, Sihon and Og, whom you completely destroyed.  And as soon as we had heard these things, our hearts did melt, neither did there remain any more courage in any man, because of you: for Yahweh your God, He is God in heaven above, and in earth beneath.

There was no confusion in Rehab’s mind as to who Yahweh was.   I wonder where she heard that Name?  How did she know that it was Yahweh that dried up the waters of the Red Sea?  Folks must have been talking up the name of Yahweh.  After all, it was only 40 years or so earlier when God revealed His Name to Moses.  Moses then became the first man to know the Name.  How did she know this Name? God certainly didn’t tell her but there was no doubt in Rehab’s heathen mind that Yahweh was God.  (You think that there may be a bit of doubt in the heathen’s mind as to who God is today?)  Could Rehab have heard the Name of God from Egypt?  As the plagues were being applied to Egypt, hear what Yahweh was saying to Pharaoh through Moses:

Exodus 9:13 And Yahweh said to Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus says Yahweh God of the Hebrews, Let My people go, that they may serve Me.  For I will at this time send all My plagues upon your heart, and upon your servants, and upon your people; that you may know that there is none like Me in all the earth.  For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite you and your people with pestilence; and you shall be cut off from the earth  And in very deed for this cause have I raised you up, for to show in you My power; and that My Name may be declared throughout all the earth.

Seems the Word about the name of God got to Rehab.  It may be she heard it through the grape vine!

What Happened?

The situation as to the use of the name of God is far different now than at the time of Rehab.  Now, the heathen do not know the name of God.  Yahweh’s people do not proclaim the Name of God.  They rather hide it.  It is obvious that God did not want His name hidden.   So how did this happen?   There is a Proverb that says, “It is the glory of Yahweh to hide a thing and the honor of kings to search out a matter.”  Although God did not want his Name to be hidden He indeed hid it.  I submit to you that this is because God was executing judgment on His people.

There are certain things that God gives to men that are Holy.   They are not Holy because men make them Holy, they are Holy because God has made them Holy.  The first time anything is described as Holy in the form of the Hebrew wordKodesh was when Moses encountered the burning bush.  I have observed that the things that God makes Holy do not become unholy just because men defile them.  Rather, when those things which are Holy are disrespected, Yahweh simply takes them away.  If He places His people on Holy land and they defile it, He removes them.  If His people defile the Feasts of the Lord, which Yahweh has said are Holy, He removes them.  If men forget the holiness of His name, He removes it.  But, God does not remove His Holy gifts forever.  He desires for His people to have them.  He eventually restores those things that were taken away.    The restoration of that which was once taken away ends God’s judgment cycle.   Eventually all things will be restored.  A judgment cycle ends when His people pray and repent.  Judgment cycles do not end when His people are defiant and rebellious. That usually marks the beginning.

The Name of God is Holy.  It has been removed till this day.  The power in this Name must be awesome in that it is on the threshold of restoration and that threshold in which we find ourselves has the enemy’s power peaking which in turn has put His people on their knees crying out in repentance.  I keep hearing in my ear, “The Name of Yahweh is a high tower; the righteous run into it and is safe.”  Proverb 18:10  I know that the Name of God is being restored and I anticipate with great joy this restoration.

Men’s Reaction to God’s Judgment:

My parents gave me toys as gifts when I was young.  If I abused the toys or did not respect others in the use of the toy, the toy would be taken away until I had a greater appreciation of the toy and how to play with it.  God operates in a similar fashion with His people.   Yahweh gives His people Holy gifts.  Yahweh will and has taken away a gift in judgment and restored that gift at His appointed time.  The time to restore those things that God removes coincides with the desire of His people.  His people have a tradition of making a tradition out of Yahweh’s judgment.  If the people of God find themselves under judgment, they respond in different ways.  They may say on of the following:

(1)    “The gift does not exist.”

(2)   “We are not to have that gift now.”

(3)   “God is mean.”

(4)   “God does not want us to have that gift.”

There are promises that Yahweh has made to His people.  Some of these promises He has made for the future and many have already been fulfilled.   To those who believe Yahweh these promises are prophetic.   They are anticipated, they are expected, and circumstances do not mitigate this expectation.    This is the definition of faith, or put another way — faith is the hope placed in Yahweh’s promises.  I know that the gifts of the Spirit are in operation today.   I also know that they were not in operation some years ago.   Why, because God withheld them as a judgment on His people.   His people for their part, not wanting to repent, made a doctrine saying the gifts of the Spirit has ceased, thus applying one of the four responses as justification for their doctrine.   Those that place their expectation in the return of those gifts find that they may operate in the gifts of the Spirit.

The feasts of Yahweh as listed in Leviticus 23 are not generally practiced in the Christian community.  They are said to be “Jewish” feasts rather than Yahweh’s feasts.    They say, “We do not keep those Jewish feasts, too much like acting like Jews.”  The judgment cycle only ends for those who embrace those holy things that Yahweh is returning.   Grab one of the four conclusions listed above is a sure way to reject the true and righteous judgment of God.

The Name of Jesus:

This Name of Jesus is both a name and function.  The scripture in Matthew 1:19 has Joseph receiving directions as to what to call God’s Son.  Yahweh’s angel said to Joseph, “And she [Mary] shall bring forth a son, and you shall call His name JESUS: for He shall save His people from their sins.”    This statement would make much more sense in Hebrew for it simply says you will call His name Salvation for He will be the salvation of His people.  This is underscored in Acts 1:4, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other Name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”  It is apparent that the Name of Jesus is functional.  It is the Name by which you must be saved.

But, there is a point when that salvation will be complete and that is when all that are to be saved are saved.  Then what!   Will Jesus keep His Name which means Salvation as a tribute to the past?

Jesus, speaking in Revelation 3:12 says, “…Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the Name of my God, and the Name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him My new Name.”

It is true, Jesus’ name is going to change at some point in the future.   As to what it is, no one seems to know or at least I have not heard many put forth their idea as to what it may be.  I think that I may know.  I believe the new name to be Emmanuel.   Why?

And she [Mary] shall bring forth a son, and you shall call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.  Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of Yahweh by the prophet, saying,

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.  Matthew 1:21-24

What the new name of Jesus is may not be relevant to this discussion.  What is relevant is that it is going to change.   The name of our God does not change.  Jesus says, “He will write upon us the name of His God” (Referring back to Revelation 3:12).   The name of God, Yahweh, will not change simply because it is not a function of a description it is rather a NAME.

Yahweh: “The name is Yahweh and I am the God of all creation and I am the God of Salvation and I am.”   And every one said: “Yahweh akbar!”

Where did the Name of God go?

The name of God is lightly encoded in the KJV.  The “Old Testament” has His name, Yahweh, hidden behind the word in upper case, like LORD.  But, in the New Testament the name, Yahweh is simply not found.  Did God suddenly decide to change His name?  If He did not, where did the name of God go when the reader enters the New Testament?  The fact is, it simply disappeared!  It is not that this happened without the knowledge of Yahweh.  It is not that this happened against the plan of Yahweh.  It happened because Yahweh has a strategic plan and has determined a series of tactics to execute that plan.   Many times as the servants of Yahweh execute a tactical portion of His plan they get lost in the details and lose sight of the Plan.  But, that is another story.  The name of God, Yahweh, was hidden because Yahweh planned that His Name would be hidden.  It was hidden because Yahweh’s people hid it and by doing so they did two things; they profaned the name of God and they executed the plan of Yahweh.

Isaiah 52:5  Now therefore, what have I here, says Yahweh, that my people is taken away for naught? they that rule over them make them to howl, says Yahweh and my name continually every day is blasphemed.

Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I

Today Yahweh’s people have convinced themselves that they reverence the name of God by never using His Name.  Many of these same people believe that Allah is the name of God or just another name for their God.  They all nod in affirmation when the President says, “We all worship the same god.”

Jeremiah 23:26-27 How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? Yes, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart;

Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as theirfathers have forgotten my name for Baal.

As a part of Yahweh’s tactical plan He is going to define a place with a banner which says Yahweh.  This will appear to some as a provocation, an insensitive marginalization of people who believe that the god of Islam and their god is the same God.  Those who know Yahweh will run to the new banner and recognize the new place as a high tower, a place to run into.  Maybe they will come to know it as a secret place, a place under the wings of the most High.  Others, those who do not know Yahweh, will scoff and pontificate about those who think Yahweh is their God and He is the only God.   These sophisticated types will say of Yahweh’s people, “they are short-sighted, ignorant and dangerous people.”  Those who scoff will cause Yahweh’s people to be marginalized and eventually killed.  This has happened and is now happening in many places in the Islamic world.

As to the name of Yahweh in the New Testament: It is there.   The name is just buried, hidden.  Once uncovered, you, my fellow kings, will come to many new discoveries.  Consider Romans 10:13 which says, “Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”   This may be a familiar scripture to you and you may have thought that the wordLord referred to Jesus, and it does but not for the reason you may think.  It really says all that call upon the name of Yahweh.  Romans 10:13 was Paul quoting Joel who said, “And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of Yahweh shall be delivered”.  This may seem like a bump in the road to Rome, but it is not.  God reveals a new thing and the people of God must move into it.  He is speaking and His people must respond to do less is disobedience.

Proverbs 25:2 says that it is the glory of Yahweh to hide a thing and the honor of Kings to search out the matter.  One must conclude that Yahweh hid his name in a mysterious way but the revelation of His name draws a bold line in the sand.  This line removes any ambiguity any observer may have as to who is on which side.

His name is Yahweh but you may know Him as Father!

At one time Jesus said,  “no one comes to the Father except through Me.”  The God of the universe is Yahweh whether He is your Father or not.  How could the God of the universe become your Father?  You must have a relationship with His Son.  Not any relationship, but a special relationship.  You must become a bride to the Son to call His Father, Father.  There is no other way for this relationship to be established.  This explains the statement by John the Baptist that said, “The friend of the bridegroom rejoices when he sees the bride with the bridegroom.”  Thus, because we are the bride of the Son we can say Father.  Consider the word “Father”, does it not speak of function and relationship?  I was about six or seven years old before I knew my father’s full name.  “What your father’s name?”, I was asked, I would reply, “Dad.”  I was told that my father’s name was not “Dad”.  I thought, what!?  I know Dad better than you.  They want to know who I was and to whom I belonged, they wanted to relate me to my family and its reputation.  When we say that Yahweh is our Father we are relating to His family.  It says we are in the family and may I say, if you are in a relationship with Jesus then you are in a Jewish Family; you are in a Zionist family; you are in a family that is under assault; you are in a family that has great authority because of the name Yahweh.

The Holy Name of Yahweh:

The name of Yahweh is holy and yet it is familiar to those that come to know Yahweh.   Yahweh loves intimacy with His people and this presents a problem.  Yahweh is holy and the people are not.  Yahweh has a mysterious process to make things, including His people holy.   This process includes Yahweh sending His Son to die! He was not to die of old age but to be tortured and suffer an agonizing death.  This process pleased God for He knew the outcome. (Isaiah 53:10)   This process had an appointed time.  (Galatians 4:4)  Yahweh would then resurrect His Son to sit at His right Hand.  His Son’s death and resurrection is what Yahweh provided so that His people could become Holy.  All people, all times and all things that surround Yahweh are holy. If they are not, they are consumed.

All things, places, people and times are holy when associated with Yahweh.   Men do not know why these things are holy, but they are.   Neither do men know all the processes that Yahweh uses to make these things Holy but there are several processes.   Yahweh made the ground upon which Moses stood holy.   Yahweh did not tell Moses how that ground became holy, but it was holy.  Moses for his part removed his sandals at the command of Yahweh.   Why, for they were not holy.  Holy Ground accommodates holy things not unholy sandals.  It is the reason that the glory and power of the presence of Yahweh did not consume the bush that Moses saw.    At the moment Moses approached the bush he too became holy.  Moses did not become holy by anything he did.  Yahweh simply sanctified him.  For whatever reason, Yahweh did not make Moses’ sandals holy.  Thus Moses was commanded to remove the sandals.   Furthermore, men cannot make something that God has made holy, unholy.   But if men try to profane that which is holy Yahweh will remove that which is holy.   Such is the judgment of God.  God gave the people a holy land, He removed the people from the land when they defiled it.   He removed the holy feast from His people when they defiled the feasts.    He removed His very presence when they defiled His presence.    He removed His name when they defiled His name.  (Jeremiah 44:26)

It is often not possible to look at something and tell the holy from the unholy.  The Holy land does not look special; Holy times do not seem holy and holy fire appears as normal fire.

And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took each of them his censer,   and put fire therein, and laid incense thereon, and offered strange fire before Yahweh, which he had not commanded them.    Leviticus 10:1

Yahweh did not abide the unholy fire, when Nadab and Abihu brought unholy fire before Yahweh they were consumed because they brought strange fire before Yahweh.

And there went out fire from Yahweh, and devoured them, and they died before Yahweh.Leviticus 10:2

The difference between the strange fire and Holy fire:  the source.   It is only the source.   The Holy fire came from Yahweh Himself.  The strange fire came from the camp.  Could you tell the difference?    Yet, holy fire has very interesting characteristics:  It does not consume that which is holy; remember the burning bush.   It is an all-consuming fire to that which is not holy.   Holy fire makes Holy strange fire; remember the three in the furnace.    I present Holy fire as an example of the peculiar characteristics of those things that are holy.  Nadab and Abihu were not unholy: just the fire they carried  — they became collateral damage.   You may think this is not right. God wouldn’t destroy His own priest’s over such a trivial issue, would He?  Answer: It is not trivial to Him.    All that is around Yahweh is Holy, everything!   You want to be around Yahweh, be Holy and don’t be carrying anything unholy.   Holiness comes from His Son, from His only Begotten Son.

Now consider His Name, it is Holy.  You will have no other gods before Him.   This does not mean that you will be carrying the name of another god around for tolerance sake.  You see, Yahweh is not tolerant of those things that are not holy.  The name of Yahweh is Holy.  The name of all-h is profane.   Get caught carrying both in the presence of Yahweh, your consumed.   You will be carried outside the camp, dead.

Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that Yahweh spoke, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come near me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace.And Moses called Mishael and Elzaphan, the sons of Uzziel the uncle of Aaron, and said unto them, Come near, carry your brethren from before the sanctuary out of the camp. Leviticus 10:3-4

The Restoration of the Name of Yahweh:

The restoration of the name of Yahweh is an awesome responsibility and I believe that through this restoration comes Glory and Power, manifested power to His people.  This glory and power is closely coupled with the time that we live. This is the appointed time, the fullness of time for Yahweh to make the difference between that which is holy and that which is not.   Restoration is apparent.  Restoration of the gifts of the Spirit, the majesty of Jesus, and the Feasts of Yahweh are all being restored before our eyes.   The Land of Israel has been restored to the Jews.  The gentiles no longer tread down Jerusalem.   Jews are coming in great number to recognize their Messiah. Those who are not Jews have been reconciled to Yahweh because of the Jewish rejection of their own Messiah.   Now those who rejected Him are accepting Him.  This act brings life from the dead, resurrection power! (Romans 11:15)   God has a plan like any plan it is divided into steps.  There are steps and times used to tear down and to build-up.   We are in a time of building-up and the rate of building increases.  This building-up includes Restoration, destroying works of the enemy, and creating new things.  Yahweh has made His people part of this process.  They have been given power over the works of the enemy, they have been asked to pray for, preach about and proclaim the Kingdom of God.  Yahweh has not, however, left all the work to His people.  There are many things that He will do, He is the builder of that great city, He is preparing His reward and He will have vengeance on His enemy.  We are not allowed to take vengeance on the enemy.  Our orders are to be good to those whom we think are our enemy.  Why?  Because, Yahweh’s desire is to include them in His plan and our demonstrated goodness is Yahweh’s opportunity.  Yahweh desires to bring His plan to a conclusion and He is excited about it.  He sees the beginning from the end and it is my guarded opinion that the end is quite close.  As Yahweh gets excited about this, He is doing things quicker and quicker.  This is one of the factors as to why His name is being restored.  He will send His Son as our bridegroom and He will build that city which Abraham knew would not be build by the hands of men.  It will descend from heaven just as Jesus will descend from heaven.  Enough said.  The point is God in His wisdom is dividing the labor .  Even the enemies of God have a part in bringing His plan to the forefront.

Yahweh has a point when he wants to be uniquely glorified.  Not, Praise God, but Hallelujah.   Not Glory to God, but Glory to Yahweh.

Hallelujah

There is one instance where the name of God comes to the forefront in every language.   This instance is the use of the word Hallelujah.  This word is transliterated from the Hebrew into every language.  The word is the joining of terms in a Hebrew Phrase.  The Phrase is Hallel which means Praise, lu which is like a conjunction and Yah which is short for Yahweh.

Together Hallelujah means praise Yahweh.  Now we know that the praises to Yahweh never stopped.  They continued even in ignorance because his people sing HalleluJah  Is it not, just like God to hide His name in the mouth of His people?

This leads to another little problem.  The word HalleluJah does not appear in the Hebrew Scriptures.  The Word Yah does and it is translated in most English translations as the LORD.  Because the LORD appears over 6,500 times in the Old Testament and all but 46 or so of those times it means Yahweh.  But a few times when Yahweh’s name was used in song it was used in the shortened form, that is, Yah.   This is why over 30 of the times Yah appears in the Hebrew Scriptures it is in the Psalms.   Check these out:

Psalm 68:4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rides upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.

This is the only place, I know that the name JAH appears in the King James Version all other places it is written LORD.

Here are a few where they appear as “Praise the LORD”  which is HalleluJah.

Psalms 102:18  This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise theLORD.

Psalms 104:35  Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou YAHWEH, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.

Psalms 105:45 that they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Praise ye the LORD.

Psalms 106:1 Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto YAHWEH; for he is good: for his mercy endures for ever.

Psalms 106:48  Blessed be YAHWEH God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen.Praise ye the LORD.

Psalms 111:1  Praise ye the LORD I will praise YAHWEH with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.

Psalms 112:1  Praise ye the LORD Blessed is the man that fears YAHWEH, that delights greatly in his commandments.

Psalms 112:1  Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of YAHWEH, praise the name of YAHWEH.

Psalms 113:1  He makes the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.

Psalms 115:18  But we will bless LORD(Yah) from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD.

Psalms 115:18  In the courts of YAHWEH’s house, in the midst  of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.

Psalms 115:18  For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of YAHWEH endures for ever. Praise ye theLORD.

The use of the shorten form of the name tells me at one time the people of God were very comfortable with Yahweh’s name.  The use of YAH could only be described as His Nick Name:  YAH as in HalleluYAH.   What a concept!  This was not considered the profaning of His Name, on the contrary this was considered praise to His Name.   Where have we gone wrong?   It seems that this is the word that this paper should end on, that is, HalleluYAH.
