Anyone who has studied eschatology has spent time pondering the passages in Revelation thirteen that speaks of the mark of the beast. This mark has captured imaginations and has become the focus of many as to how it would be placed on people and what it would look like when it was. Most have settled on the mark as the number 666. Thus the number 666 has become the very essence of the sign of anything demonic. This number has been applied to every despot and world leader that comes along. After all, this revelation would herald the coming of Jesus. Yahweh loves to hide a matter and would it not be just like Him to hide the meaning of this mark until the time that it is revealed to the world. This might be just the scenario that is before us.
A man born in Bethlehem is now going around talking about his encounter with Jesus. His name is Walid Shoebat, once a terrorist but has come to know the Truth. He has looked at the passage in Revelation thirteen and made some remarkable discoveries. This information will place a new understanding on the mark of the Beast.
In the book of Revelation Yeshua (Jesus) told John to write the things that he had seen (Revelation 1:11, 1:19). These things were prophetic visions that God showed John concerning the end times. Amongst these visions John saw the Anti-Christ and his sign. So, as the Lord commanded him he wrote down what he saw. This sign of the Anti-Christ, which John saw, has been known as the number 666 for many centuries. That is because our English translations read Six hundred threescore and six (Revelation 13:18). That phrase was actually translated from three Greek letters, in the text, chi, xi, and stigma. [FOOTNOTE]So when we read this verse in our Greek translations we find that it reads, and his number is chi, xi, and stigma[FOOTNOTE] (Revelation 13:18). But, John actually did not write the three Greek letters chi, xi, and stigma.[FOOTNOTE] In the different Codices we find that the syntax of the three letters are really three symbols. (for an explanation of the Codices or Codex click here) Below is a sample of those three symbols from the Codex Vaticanus:
These symbols greatly resemble the three Greek letters χ ξ ς. But John did not write these symbols in Greek. These symbols are Arabic. In order to better recognize the Arabic letters let us rotate the middle symbols 90 degrees to the left and then invert them:
We now see four characters that read from right to left. The first, second, and third characters from the right are two Arabic words and the forth character is an Islamic symbol. The character to the far right is the first Arabic word which reads In the name of. The next two characters, going from right to left, are the name of a person. That name reads Allah. So when these three characters are read together they read the Arabic phrase In the name of Allah. In Arabic it is pronounced Bismillah.
Below is an image of this same phrase written in Arabic by Walid Shoebat. Beside it is the Codex Vaticanus image shown above. Compare the two images and see for yourself. Remember, Arabic is read from right to left.
The next image is a symbol of Islam which spells the name of Allah. Compare it also to the Codex Vaticanus to the right of it.
As I stated above the forth character in the Codex Vaticanus is an Islamic Symbol. It is the image of the crossing swords frequently used by many Islamic groups. The following are used by Hamas.
It is incredible with the amount of analysis which has gone into the “mark of the beast” as recorded in Revelation thirteen that this has not been seen sooner. Walid Shoebat’s discovery which he recorded in his book Why I Left Jihad has opened a whole new revelation of this passage. As you study the passage with this revelation you notice that the allegiance to Allah is just the line that would be drawn between the people who are called by the name of Yahweh and those who are not. More and more I have seen Christians capitulate to Allah with phrases like “we all worship the same god” or “Islam is a peaceful religion.” The correct response to these seemingly harmless phrases is simply NO.
“The name of Allah” is the sign for the Anti-Christ. This explanation for the mark of the beast offers a more literal, simple, and visual interpretation. There’s no guessing, calculating, or mathematic equations needed in order to understand it. All you have to do is just look at it and compare it to the Arabic rendering.
There is no better time for the revelation of this sign to be given to the church. The name of Allah is on the rise all over the world. He is the motivating spirit behind Islam and his objective is to usurp the name of the one true God of the Bible so that the world would believe Allah is God. He is doing this through a lie that is being spread all over the world. That lie is, “We all serve the same god.” Take in the lie and you too could wear the mark on your forehead with no reservations (Revelation 13:6, 14:9-10). Don’t believe the lie and you know that the mark and band that says “Allah is God” is an affront to you and your God, Yahweh.
There are several core beliefs of Islam that are contradictions to the central beliefs of Christianity. Islam teaches that there is no god but Allah, Allah has no son and is not a father. The belief that God has no Son is encoded in the Koran in several places. It is embossed inside the Dome of the Rock in two foot high Arabic letters. I John 2:22 says: “Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He who denies the Father and the Son is antichrist.” It is apparent and simply stated that the belief of Islam is antichrist.
The bible says that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the only true God (Jeremiah 10:10), Jesus is the Son of God (Mark 1:1), which testifies of God’s Fatherhood, Jesus is the Messiah sent by God (John 20:31), and Jesus died for our sins (Romans 5:6-8). These are the core beliefs of a Christian. If a person believes what Islam teaches than it is impossible for that person to be a Christian. Consider what the Bible says concerning the Anti-Christ, the lawless one, and those who are deceived by him:
The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth (II Thessalonians 2:8-12)
Those deceived by Islam and believe its teachings do not love the truth. Those who do not love the truth will believe what the Anti-Christ says. It is important to believe your God, Yahweh.
There’s another defense against the lies of Islam. It is the name of God. And that name is Yahweh. God gave His name to Moses in order to give it to His people in Exodus 3:15. He said, Say this to the people of Israel, ‘The LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is My name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations. The word LORD in this verse is the name Yahweh in the original language. That is His name. And He said that He is to be remembered by this name throughout all generations. In fact, every time the word LORD is in all caps, in the scriptures, it is Yahweh’s name in the original text. The name of Allah is on the rise but, Yahweh’s name is also on the rise. It will be His people who proclaim and magnify His name, Yahweh. More and more people are proclaiming that God’s name is Yahweh. This is the name that the spirit of Allah is attempting to usurp. He knows that if he can deceive people into believing in the name of Allah, than they would not believe in Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And thus, lead many into the destruction that is stated in II Thessalonians 2:8-12.
Psalm 83 is a prophetic chapter that lists the major Islamic nations of today as the enemies of Yahweh. It also speaks of what Yahweh will do to destroy them. But the very last verse has a declaration that refutes the name of Allah. In our English renderings it reads, let them be put to shame, and perish: That men may know that You, whose name alone is Yahweh are the most high over all the earth. In the Hebrew the word alone also means only. And if read that way we would read, That men may know that You, whose name is only Yahweh, are the most high.

I really enjoyed talking to you and John this morning. This really is a true revelation and shows just how close we are to the events to come. It’s just like YHWH to hide things in plain view so that seeing, we can’t perceive. At least not until the appointed time. Praise Yahweh!!! YHVH(the actual translation), or YaHWeH/JeHovaH is not the literal name of God. YHWH was written in the bible because Hebrews never write God’s name. That is why they always write G-d instead of God. They do not use God’s name in vain.
Unless you have spoken face to face with God like Moses, you cannot know the verbal pronunciation of God’s name. What is important is that you know Him as Adonai, as God told moses, “I Am that I Am.”
But your interpretation of the meaning of “666” is very interesting.
God introduced Himself to Moses as Yehovah in Exodus 6:3. God’s name, Yehovah was in common use before 500 BCE. Rahab, of Jericho fame knew the name of God was Yehovah and there was good reason why she did. Exodus 9:16 makes it clear that His name was to be known by all the heathen. Unfortunately, the name has been hidden by judgment, ignorance, tradition, and the lame excuse that we don’t know how it sounds so lets not say it. The idea that God wants His people to address Him by titles and substitute names is simply beyond reason for a God who wants to be known and to know His people. The use of Adonai or Lord for the name of Yehovah is simply carrying a tradition beyond it’s time. It is a tradition which has made the commandments of God of none effect as in Matthew 15:3-6. There is no scripture that would support the position of not speaking the name the God. There is, however, many scriptures that would support otherwise. Furthermore, forgetting the name of God was a judgment upon the people of Judah during the time of Jeremiah [Jeremiah 44:6]. I am convinced that there was a judgment on the world and the Name was forgotten until it’s revelation and restoration. (All judgements which are enter come to a restoration.) I am not as Moses, nor do I set in His seat. I do know my God. Restoration is in hands of the people who know Him (Acts 3:21) and so the Coming of Jesus! Thank you for your response.
